Seabird–Oceanographic Relationships in the Northern Gulf of Alaska: Integration with NSF Study Globec

ABR conducted seabird and marine mammal surveys in conjunction with cruises for the NSF-sponsored oceanographic study GLOBEC (Global Ocean Ecosystem Dynamics) in the northern Gulf of Alaska (GOA).  Sampling was conducted throughout the year during six life-history stages of the northern GOA. This project is designed to investigate the effects of climatic variation on oceanographic processes in a high-latitude continental shelf ecosystem. 1997-2000.

ABR's triple bottom line: "Environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and economic viability"
