Monitoring Protected Species During Ferry Terminal and Dock Improvements in Kodiak, Alaska

During any pile driving activity during the Kodiak Ferry Terminal expansion project between November 2015 and May 2016, ABR will monitor protected species for potential disturbance and associated "take" (defined under the ESA and MMPA as mortality, injury, or disturbance) and will notify the on-site supervisor when they are at risk of "take" of a protected species.
