Acoustic Monitoring of the Hawaiian Hoary Bat on the Island of Hawaii

The primary goal of the study was to document activity levels of bats during nocturnal hours for one year. Specifically, our objectives were to: (1) collect baseline information on levels of bat activity (bat passes/detector-night) for Hawaiian hoary bats and (2) examine temporal (within and among nights) variations in bat activity over the year.
